This Vendor Agreement governs the relationship between Fynest HR Solutions and registered recruitment vendors using the platform.

1. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors agree to submit only genuine, verified, and consented candidate profiles. Misrepresentation of candidate information is strictly prohibited.

• Follow ethical recruitment practices.
• Comply with applicable employment laws.

2. Prohibited Activities

• Submitting fake or duplicate profiles.
• Engaging in fee-based hiring from candidates.
• Misusing employer or candidate data.

3. Termination

Fynest HR Solutions reserves the right to suspend or terminate vendor access without notice for policy violations or unethical practices.
