Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms applicable to payments made for services offered by Fynest HR Solutions.

1. Payments

All payments made towards job postings, premium services, or vendor plans are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

2. Cancellation

Users may cancel paid services at any time; however, cancellation does not entitle the user to a refund for any unused portion of the service period.

3. Refund Eligibility
  • Duplicate payments made in error.
  • Technical failure resulting in non-delivery of paid service.
4. Processing Time

Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

5. Disputes

Any disputes related to payments must be raised within 7 days of the transaction date.
